Our name honours the Norma Oficial Mexicana, the certification on every bottle of authentic mezcal and tequila. Like those numbers, Casa N.O.M stands for authenticity, origin, and passion. In partnership with High Spirits Beverages and the Welch brothers, we offer rare spirits from across the Americas—mezcal, tequila, cachaça, pisco, rum, aguardiente, and more.

We serve drinks with purpose—small-batch spirits, craft beers, vibrant wines, and fresh, flavourful cocktails—alongside soulful food inspired by Latin America’s streets and kitchens, with a modern twist.
