Casa N.O.M showcases the amazing diversity of spirits from other parts of Mexico, and Latin America, including tequila, rum, aguardiente, pisco and cachaça. Offering craft beers, wines, cocktails and spirits (many personally sourced and imported by the Welch brothers from the Americas - High Spirits Beverages).

Featuring a food menu of classic and traditional dishes inspired by the culture and flavours of the Americas and the sounds of 1970s Latin America.

N.O.M

The N.O.M. - Norma Oficial Mexicana (Official Mexican Standard) is the name of each of a series of official, compulsory standards and regulations for activities including the tequila & mezcal production of Mexico. All 100% agave tequilas and mezcals must have a N.O.M. identifier on the bottle. The number after N.O.M. is the distillery number, assigned by the government to indicate the location of the agave spirit.
