Our name honours the Norma Oficial Mexicana, the certification found on every bottle of authentic mezcal and tequila. Like those numbers, Casa N.O.M stands for authenticity, origin and passion. In partnership with High Spirits Beverages and the Welch brothers, our back bar showcases an extensive collection of mezcal, tequila and other carefully selected Mexican spirits, each with its own story to tell.

Our drinks are made with purpose, from small-batch spirits and craft beers to vibrant wines and fresh cocktails. Alongside them, our fully gluten-free menu celebrates bold Mexican flavours with dishes inspired by the country’s streets, kitchens and traditions, brought to life with a contemporary Casa N.O.M twist.
